Former Prevent Blindness Board Member and co-founder of the Congressional Vision Caucus (CVC) Congressman Pat Tiberi announced on October 19, 2017 that he plans to depart Congress prior to January 31, 2018. Congressman Tiberi has tirelessly championed vision and eye health policies in his service on the CVC, a bi-partisan, bicameral coalition of members of Congress with the goal of elevating eye and vision health as a national priority. We thank Congressman Tiberi for his service in Congress and advancing eye and vision health in our national public health policies.
