2025 World Sight Day

Be the Difference & See the Difference this October.

World Sight Day is October 9th, and in celebration we are holding vision screenings September 22 – October 17 across Wisconsin.

During this time, corporate volunteer teams will join us at childcare centers and private choice schools to provide free vision screenings for children who may not otherwise have access to this vital care. Wisconsin is one of only nine states that does not require vision screenings in schools, and the schools and childcare centers we serve do not have the capacity to conduct screenings on their own. That means your team will be helping ensure students receive the early detection and follow-up care they need to succeed in school, in play, and in every stage of life.

No prior experience is needed. We provide all training on-site the day of your volunteer opportunity. You’ll learn everything you need to know in a fun, hands-on way. These events are a fantastic staff bonding activity, giving your team the chance to work together, make a difference, and see the direct results of your efforts.

To help you get started, we’ve included:

Whether you’re a small team or a large company, your participation will help ensure more Wisconsin children receive the vision care they need.
