Screened and referred by a Prevent Blindness Wisconsin vision screening group, Zachary Cherny was diagnosed with amblyopia. As an ambassador, Zachary lobbied with Prevent Blindness Wisconsin in Washington D.C. at the annual “Eyes on Capitol Hill,” for the importance of vision screenings and eye care. Zachary graduated with Honors from UW-Madison and now works in Nashville in healthcare and health insurance research and analysis. He has a passion for music, enjoys road cycling and is an avid reader.
